Bostyn's First Words

We decided we better document what words Bostyn is saying at One Year Old, so we can remember them forever! :)

Muah- For Kisses, especially her baby doll and any dog she sees
Up
Mmm- When she sees something she wants to eat or drink (especially at the grocery store)
Cookie
Cracker
Mama
Dada
Nana- For Banana
Uh Oh- When she drops something, or purposely hits the center button on the iPad/Iphone
More
Mine- She has used this a couple of times, but we aren't encouraging it!

The Dr said at her one year appointment she should be saying up to three words, including mama and dada so we are especially proud that she is coming along so well! She is so cute and it is so fun to teach her new words. She will also squint her eyes when you ask her where her eyes are. We are still working on walking, she still only takes about 4-5 steps, but she will stand up all on her own in the middle of floor. We are so in love with our little Bos and can't wait to see what she will do next!

Happy First Birthday Bostyn

Here are some pictures of Bostyn's birthday party! The kid's loved "Bostyn's Market" and all the free toys and goodies they got to take home. Bart slaved away making hamburgers and hot dogs for everyone and we had some yummy salads, chips & dip, veggies and fruit to go with it. Bostyn was more than spoiled with all the toys, clothes and presents she got! 

We love our little girl and are so glad her first birthday turned out to be so much fun for her and for everyone else... Including it ending with a water fight, which some adults might have been a part of :)

Time Flies...

Wow time flies when you're having fun! As much as I would like to post all that has gone on in the last six months, there is no possible way! So instead I will start fresh. Bostyn will be one year old in a week... ONE! Holy cow time flies! I feel like I was in the hospital having her just a month ago. We went and got her one year photos taken and they ended up so cute! We love them! I am going to post a view since so many have asked to see them. We are planning her birthday party and getting ready for the big day! Will post about that once it gets here! :)

Jeana and Trevor

My little sister got married on Tuesday to her true soul mate who she is guaranteed to giggle her way through life with. :) We couldn't be happier for her! It was a beautiful day and she was a gorgeous bride! I don't know what my parents are going to do as empty nesters now! Congrats Jeana and Trevor, we love you! Here are some pictures of the day.
